In order to mute or unmute a participant in a zoom meeting, you must either be a host or a co-host. Here are the three steps you can take to unmute a participant.

1. Click on the Participants button in the meeting controls at the bottom of the screen.
2. Click on the participant you want to unmute.
3. Click on Ask to Unmute option.
